I really like that you used the reflection instead of trying to get rid of it. A touch more of the left side of his face might have been good, but it's good work, regardless of my minor quibble. |

Good idea by your lighsources have different color temprature. You should have matched them for more uniform look |

interesting and original idea (a 6 for that). not satisfied with the tecnicals:
the reflected image is not so clear.
left eyes's lashes have something on that grabs my attention.
lighting is ok but still a bit too flat for my taste.
bg color (blueish gray) does not add to the composition |
