There is a strange effect in the light portions of this image. The center right and the lower portion. Maybe caused by the polarizing filter??? |

This is beautifully sharp and clear and the arch makes a lovely frame for the central area. The bright area just above the bridge draws my eye away. Maybe try cropping just to the top of the bridge? |
