No Man's Landby MaryOComment: It looks like the zone in a prison nobody can enter without getting shot. Eerie shot. I like the OOF chain link in front of the camera. |

Amid the Ashesby BradComment: Is this a negative image or a burned figurine, maybe from the wildfires? Nice shot with good bokeh. |

Lest We Forgetby NuzzerComment: I see you took the liberal definition of duotone, white plus two other colors. Good desat picture and DOF. I might like it better if the front crosses were in focus rather than a bit back, but that's just MHO. It's busy, but I like that the crosses fill the entire frame. |

an elephant watching a herd of gazelleby tateComment: Either you uploaded the wrong picture or you've got a much better imagination than I do. I took pictures of elephants and gazelles last Thursday and they didn't look anything like this. I don't see anything topless other than cropped lamp and twigs arrangement. It has good lighting and focus, but not much else of interest to me. |

IMG_4022_700.jpgby BradComment: This is a great selection of pictures. I like the shot with the burned hills past the tomato field. I saw this sign a few days ago on the way to the Wild Animal Park. Thank God the park survived virtually unscathed though it burned right to the park. My sister takes that commute daily and had to take long alternate routes until they started the escort service. There is a hillside on the other side of the road from this sign that had acres of the burned out cactus like the one you showed. I was going to shoot them but ran out of time. |

I say "Nuts to popcorn!"by NuzzerComment: Without the title I wouldn't see popcorn anywhere. Great picture though, so I'll give you good points. If you had bribed the squirrel with a popcorn kernel it would probably be higher. |

The development steps...by gipomontesantoComment: A nice take on the challenge. This is more of a real sequence than the other similar one. It may have been best to be consistent in the way the kernel is facing instead of right, left, left, back, back. |

Pop Artby Monika79Comment: Very creative. I'm not so sure about the shadows, but otherwise I like it a lot. |
