Hmmm, I'd work on the grip on the hammer. ;) Jokes aside, I think a longer exposure where you see the hammer coming down would look very cool. 6

Aersome surfing shot! These shots are really hard to expose for, because you can lose detail in the shadow areas. The face is still a tad dark, but you can make it out. Very nicely done! 7

Great moment! Excellent detail, the only quibble would be darn I wish that bear was facing you! This has some possible stock potential. Great job. 8

Great action shot. Little contrasty, probably due to time fo day. But you did an excellent job catching the feeling of motion. A little dodge on the face to brighten it up might help some. Then again, it might not. :) 8

has some great potential here, but the trees end up adding too much background clutter. Still, very cool.

This is an awesome portrait. Couple of things- 1) have the little boy also barefoot. 2) don't crop quite so close to his head. In general, I'd open up the crop more and give a bit more space around the two of them. A 9 with those changes, as is 7. Excellent shot. :)

This was my favorite shot in the challenge by far. :) He's an adorable model, and this is a great cat shot. Awesome job.
