Excellent idea! I'd much prefer your face in crisp focus, and I'd have edited out that distracting highlight in the corner of the center monitor. In fact, the idea is so good that if this photo doesn't do too well in this challenge then you should reshoot it. With the face in sharp focus you'd have a show-piece image for your portfolio.

It's a tough call because they are both very good, but I think I like this one better. The pose of her legs is just superb and the lighting works very well with the pose. The lighting is also great in the one you chose for the challenge, but the elegant continuous lines of her legs are much better portrayed in this one.

Too bad about the glow over the mountains; when your brightness/contrast change is this extreme you are better off using almost no feather on the selection. But this photo will probably do very well, it sure has enough wow-factor!

Ironically, this otherwise great photo is ruined by its unnatural texture: there's this grid pattern all over it, which I'm guessing is a compression artifact. Your file is just over 100KB, but the limit for this challenge was 200KB, so you didn't need to compress nearly this much.
