Interesting composition and monotone color... why not "flip" the image so the eye can "follow" the motion when the viewer comes into the photo from the left side.

Nice lighting except a tad "muddy" on the face... flip the photo so the subject faces left and I see the face first instead of the back of the head when my eyes come into the photo from the left.

Good detail... looks enhanced by Topaz or other software. The person(s) in the background are distracting... should have waited till the one at left moved out of photo and moved you and camera slightly to right to hide the one behind her head. So many times we are concentrating on the subject and don't take a quick glance behind the subject to see what's going on in the background that will distract from our photo.
