Doorsby KenComment: Nice carry through from view finder to final image. The B&W works well here. Would help if you cropped out that sidewalk line in the front; plays a trick of the eye to make me think the image needs rotating to the left, but looking closer I see it doesn't. That's an interesting old door. Would make a nice addition to a photo collection or triptych of doorways.
Thanks for joining the walkabout again. Nice group of images, and a nice window into your corner of the world. |

Buildingby KenComment: Nice juxtaposition of old and new there at the top, and that bright blue polarized sky adds a nice contrast to the pic. |

Spaceshipby KenComment: Interesting filter, and a nice image to go with it. Now this is truly taking something ordinary and making it extra-ordinary! Nice find on your walkabout. |

Mexican Love Triangleby KenComment: LOL -- funny juxtaposition of the sign. Too bad you couldn't get the three of them dancing on the ledge in front of the sign. ;>P |

View behind meby hajekaComment: I love how the line of trees follow the line of the irrigation ditch. Those trees would make a nice subject for the pattern challenge! Nice group of pics, and looks like you had a fine walkabout. Thanks for playing! |

Geeseby hajekaComment: Beautiful shot! Nice tones and texture on the water and reeds, the sky has just enough clouds to add some interest to the top of the image, the birds on the water make a nice focal point, and those geese taking off in the background give this image an extra added zing that makes it sing. This is one to print! |

Fenceby hajekaComment: That little reflection is a nice touch ... it pops up as you scroll down to see the rest of the image. Nice find! |

Blue skyby hajekaComment: Nicely composed, and a nice balance in the blues. Good start to your walkabout, and a nice idea to use water as a defining element to narrow your selection of photos to post. |

Minature Grater- Day 22 by sherpetComment: Yep, I would guess a cheese grater too. Or maybe a zester? nice shot, lovely silver tones, and deep black background works perfectly here. |

Macro Day 18by socalsteveComment: Nice shot, and a nice lens. I've got two sigmas, and love them both (including the 50mm macro I'm using in this challenge). Both are very sharp and solid. Enjoy the new toy! |
