| The unusual angle allows this to be an inviting shot in a rather candid shot sort of way. The iris stands out nicely, and the normal reaction to look away from an eye looking directly at you is averted. Good stuff. |

| I usually hate eye shots. But this is one I really like! The composition reveals the texture and personality, much more than the overdone straight on super-photoshopped eyes we see around here all the time. |

| I like the overall color tone of the image and the nice reflection of his eyelashes on the eye. Really good sharpness on the bottom lashes. |
