journeys endby cutoutComment: A fitting title for the last place shot. It's an image with enough mystery to make it intriguing to muck around inside it for a while though. You got a P comment too! |

Bumble Blueby HipychikComment: Very cool title. The darkness on the ground under the car probably kinked the scores on this shot. The big levels and saturation are what make the shot work though. Can't have everything. I like it.
It looks like maybe a 52-53 Chevy? |

Pate's home for retired warriors (cw)by Yo_SpiffComment: Depressing, but very good photo. These are more victims of a country losing it's roots as the new generations disconnect with the past.
I hope that the planes find homes before they disintegrate. It's hard to move a big plane like these if they aren't airworthy. |

Desert Dodgeby AarthekComment: This is very cool! I feel that it would have done better in challenge if you had time to wait until the sun was low in the sky, to get a deep blue sky and orange evening light across the vehicle. I see that it's not bullet proof LOL. Reminds me of Bonnie & Clyde's demise. |

Union Pacific 1307by LeoComment: I had an engine modeled after this in my train set when I was a kid, with the same Union Pacific color scheme and logo. Thanks for the memory jog.
It's a good utility photo, but the white sky is going to dink the score. |

Lazy Dazeby GermaineComment: Dejavu, well almost. You must work or eat lunch in this location. It seems to be a fine place to people watch with your camera in hand.
I like the way the 4 blue elements anchor the center of the shot. |

Mar 24 - Limeby hajekaComment: Extension tubes are my weapon of choice too, when I want to get in close on things. They also work pretty nicely with a tele lens. I use one with an old manual 180mm lens for butterflies and dragonflies. It allows you to fill the frame without getting very close to the bug and scaring it off. |

en statueby scooter97Comment: The composition makes this shot for me. Just a little higher to get the top of the opening would have been just a tad better, but this is an eye catcher, even as a thumb, because of the unusual shapes. I like the detail in the shadow too. |
