Slightly overexposed(note the white on the ship) and seems slightly blurry. I can't tell if it is motion, focus or just camera limitations, but the colors are nice ... especially the blues.

The focus isnt very tight on this ... you might try a little more DOF and that would allow more to be in focus in the pic.

I almost lost the Trolley sign in this .... and I think that makes it .... but I am not sure how you could have done better unless you just waited on the trolley!

Watch the background ... the branches of the tree look like they are coming out of her neck and head ... her hands and arms look a little too posed ... go for a more natural look.
