Spice Dropsby justineComment: Fun colors and nice composition make this an engaging image. Perhaps more interesting light (darker? at an angle?) would increase its interest even further. |

Strawberry Cream Saversby rj324Comment: This extreme close up implies that this joyful pattern goes on for some time, yet it also gives us a glimpse of the individual. Engaging. |

Candy Cornby AnnidaComment: Simple. This is, indeed, a candy corn. Shown in white isolation like this, it appears lonely and perhaps even rare--odd for the candy that comes in such abundance. |

On a diet?by ursulaComment: Whew! I'm glad I balked at my idea of photographing glass candies! Elegant, intricate and lively colors. I think all of these could be increased on a different background, or perhaps with a bit closer cropping. Still, a fun image that captures the essence of candy. |

Licorice Candyby SwashbucklerComment: I don't care for these candies, but I'm still giving you high marks because I see that as irrelevant. This is a joyful, fun image that makes me happy. They seem slightly out of focus, but your arrangement and composition are great. The lighting works, too by adding definition but still retaining a happy mood. |

kitkatby john22132Comment: Engaging arrangement, and the mirror works for this image. I'm not sure what that smoke/mist is supposed to accomplish, though. |

Nature's Candyby myqylComment: I agree that fruit is nature's candy, but THIS fruit seems old and not very appetizing. Perhaps you are positing that candy is better than fruit? |

Sweet Kissby bruster54Comment: I love how the paper from the kiss reinforces the image, and it is a stroke of genius how it moves toward the corner in just such a way. The foil seems out of focus, and I don't really find these lips appealing. It may be the lighting you used (I'm sure the lips are just fine!). |

Uninvitedby sherComment: Fun idea! Yellow is very saturated and difficult to focus on. Thankfully, there is a red candy there too. Very clear communication of this archetypal situation. |

M & M Sunriseby ladpupmoeComment: I'm seeing double! Aaaagh! No wait, that's a mirror. Whew! Fun idea and arrangement, but the mirror does confuse things just a bit. |
