Ok....... I absolutely love the picture, no question about it, it̢۪s a great capture. The birds are all so evenly spaced apart, its amazing and I can clearly see dirt in the shot. At first glance, I would have thought the birds are feeding on something, but I don't see any of them pecking at the ground. The detail in the dirt shows well and as it gradually lightens up in the distance it makes the earth (or dirt) an important part of the composition. This is a really odd work of art and one of my highest rated shots in this challenge. Good luck!

The more I look at this one, the more I like it. It's a shame soft focus and blur techniques are so taboo with the DPC voters. I think so many of them miss out on some great work by zipping past to the next shot and not taking a moment to ponder the expression.

This is great! I love the geek tape and the expression. This is one of my top 3 for this challenge. Great composition for a difficult challenge topic. It was hard to keep this challenge interesting. You managed to pull it off with flying colors.
