Preparing for Solo Flightby darnokComment: I like this one a lot, especially the composition as you have so much dead space, but the way the bug is positioned on the bottom, it just seems to work.
If I was to be really critical, the green on the lead the bug is sitting on looks a tad overexposed but I dont think it affects the image too much.
Nice shot :o) 7 |

Free Solo Climbingby imagesbytlpComment: this is nice and I especially like the way the light hits the edges of the caterpillar. If there was any one thing I would have done differently it would be to change the perspective as being straight on doesn't really feel right for me and causes the caterpillar to be a tad underexposed and washed out. 6 |

Night Liteby MacloedComment: i like the effect you are trying to create, the light really brings out the texture in the wood and i really like this aspect of the shot.
However, I do think this shot falls down technically, especially on how the light is captured. I would have much prefered to see a sharp flame rather than a blurred blob with the halo. I know your focus is on the foreground of the wood but I would also like to see the candle a little sharper as this is also a strong focal point of the image and of perhaps more interest than the wood itself.
So personally I like what you are trying to do but as it falls down technically I can only give this a 6. |

Solo Flights Onlyby briandsdComment: nice macro, i find the background a little overpowering even though it is blurred as the colour is quite bright, technically perhaps shifting to the left or right to change the angle slighly may have fixed this and given it a fresher perspective. You've done really well to get the subject sharp and the composition is neat, good work! 7 |

Waters Edgeby FirstyComment: this looks familiar to me and correct me if i am wrong in saying this shot has been taken in Australia?
Beautiful colours, great long exposure, extremely sharp and looks great as a panorama 7 |

Water makes the earth growby BHusemanComment: first impression, this is too tightly cropped at the top and I would like to see more of the hat as i think this could add a lot to the scene.
It's very sharp and the colours are great. Personally i do not like the background and feel it would be better with a shallow depth of field or taken from a different perspective, as it currently stands there is almos too much detail in the background. It has a lot of potential and changing a few minor things could transform it into something great. 6 |

Summer Gamesby pepitoidComment: I dont really understand the connection between the title and the photograph as it just looks like a water fountain to me.
Perhaps experimenting with a slower shutter speed would help add something else to this image, as it currently stands it is lacking in both interest and technique 3 |

Beelzebubbleby aliquiComment: i find this kinda strange and it reminds me of christmas.
I like the sharpness of the bubbles but the flower and bubbles dont really go together and it seems somewhat unbalanced. 5 |
