Beretby lovethelightComment: Looks great! I would actually have that one printed and mounted over my mantle if I were good enough to take a shot like that! I think that the focus on the eye is perfect, and the hat over the other one gives it a mystery that makes the overall image very appealing. |

Stand On Your Ownby levyj413Comment: Um. . . I'm gonna go with solidified jello. The good news is that you got me to sit here and stare at your image for a long time. The better news is that you got me to come back later and stare it it some more. After I had my brilliant (Doesn't matter if I'm right or not, it's still brilliant!) idea of how this was done, I was able to sit back and enjoy the quality of the lighting you used, the sharpness of the image overall, and the wonderfully warm colors. This is my pick for the blue! Well done! |

unexpected flying objectby sudarsarComment: It's a little small, and I would have liked to see the bird closer. Still, you got a hummingbird in mid flight! Nice! |

In Every Hallway by JeniYComment: Yep. That's what High School was like! Great vantage point, and good use of motion blur to create the impression of being alone. |

Pond Prejudiceby actnoutComment: I get the impression that the taller one on the right is the leader and is snubbing the other bird with her nose in the air posture. I might have cropped out the far shoreline, but that would make the shot too wide. . . |

Black Friday Bag Ladyby elizadebComment: This shows pretty much how I feel about holiday shopping! I've been looking at this shot for several minutes, now, and I think that, while I like the concept, it's a little too busy for me. The only reason that the eye is drawn to the main subject is the selective desat, and I'm not sure that's enough. |
