a great idea and one of those 'almost great' images. as others have said, placing the boy or the giraffe in a different location to allow both subjects breathing room would have make this magical. as it is, the horns on the giraffe seem to become your son's eyes.

a cool perspective, the lines work well together because of your choice of composition - the sky is not helping you but you did a pretty good job to minimize it.
