I went by this bridge while on a hike with my daughter. It was unique in that I could get very close to the under structure and get a nice vanishing point using wide angle.

I decided to re-edit this one for the side challenge. This style of edit is outside my normal comfort zone but I thought a gritty b/w edit fit with the image.

It's actually for cars but it doesn't get much use anymore. As the city grew up around it most traffic goes around the valley it passes over. Now it just provides access to a few residential streets.

It looks like a historical image that has faded with time.

Nice perspective and tones in this...not to mention angles!

a cool perspective, the lines work well together because of your choice of composition - the sky is not helping you but you did a pretty good job to minimize it.

The edit reminds me of a faded, nostalgic kind of shot - an old print. I think it works well with your subject.

I think the perspective is pretty cool. Sharp in front and the lines force you to look deep into the photo. Nice!

I like the angle and tones, nothing wrong with this pic at all.

I love the perspective and lines. I think you could get even more of the structural detail by lightening the shadows. As for the sky, it's plain - if it weren't for the brighter area lower right, I would not mind it. I'd just paint that in. Lightening shadows will put more interest on the trees and much more on the bridge and the sky will pale (sorry :) ) in comparison.

I like this style of editing for this photo. It makes it look somewhat vintage. I agree with Richard about the sky, but that's outside of your control.

I like the sepia tone. Good detail and focus. The sky is clobbering the image with relative brightness and lack of interest. I know... that's the sky you had to work with at that moment. Bridge detail and point of view are great. Nice leading lines and vanishing lines effect.

You seem to have succeeded. Strong mechanical details versus soft, natural, but similar shapes in the background.
