What's that flower called again?by donenrightComment: Neat, clean, colorful, nice. I like that you can see the texture on the flowers. I see some sharpening artifacts around the top of the flowers, but otherwise, beautiful job. |

Hard.by PatmaniaComment: I like this a lot, it gives a great feel for the guy. The thing that stops it from being a 10 is the background stuff behind his head. My eye keeps getting drawn to that, and asking 'what is that?'. The rest of the shot is great, though. |

Just What I Needby LiehscComment: Glass is so hard to shoot! You've done a pretty nice job of capturing a difficult subject with minimal equipment. Next time, you might try hanging a sheet up in front of the glass, so that the whole room doesn't show up reflected in the bottle. But it is a good job getting the bottle to stand out from the background. That's hard to do. |

Bashby NovaTigerComment: Interesting subject. The composition's good, although I might have cropped off the rightmost part (but that's just opinion). The thing that's going to hurt the most scorewise is the focus. There isn't anything in the shot that's quite in focus. I'm just guessing, but since it's a cloudy day and your subject is moving, you might have needed a bit faster shutter speed. But hey, how many knights in action do we get to see on DPC??? |

Colors of Napaby RissaComment: The colors are great, and it looks like a neat old building. The tree is kind of strange. It kind of jumps out towards the camera, and compositionally, it's bigger and more centered than it should be. I'm just guessing, but I'm thinking you shot this from close up with a wide angle lens. Shooting with a longer lens from back further might have put things more into proportion. Still, it's a good shot, and I love the colors. |

Alone In Death Valleyby TommyMoe21Comment: I love Death Valley. I've been to that spot many times. You've done a nice job capturing the lonliness of the place, and I like the variety of colors you've captured. The biggest problem with the image is the sky. It's kinda blown out and featureless. On a cloudy day (I assume) like this, you might consider composing the shot in a way that leaves the sky out, because the rest of what you have is very nice. |

Evening Reflectionsby MWittComment: The colors are gorgeous, I really like the reflection of the cattails on the water, and I like how you've divided the composition into three distinct sections (sky, land, water). The sky and water are nice, but the land part (which is the center of the frame) doesn't have enough detail to be interesting. But nice, anyway. |

Prom Nightby LN13Comment: Nice...it's a nice, lush spring day, and she looks happy. One thing you might consider doing differently...she's a little on the blue side, you might consider a bit warmer white balance. Also, I hope you got a good shot of the dress...not for DPC, but I'm sure she looked lovely in it. |
