Lovely. Sharp, good DOF. I like the framing that the top branch provides over his head. I'm not convinced the b&w conversion or the centered composition really work, but overall, it's nice.

Beautiful portrait of the owl. The lighting and colors are great, especially the eyes.

Excellent! Great timing, focus, DOF. Definitely a shot that makes me look at it. The only small thing would be the lack of detail on the highlight side of the bird, but I looked at the shot for a long time before I even noticed that.

Beautiful. Perfect. The natural landscape, the line of birds fading into the distance, the square crop, and the excellent b&w conversion all work together perfectly. 10.

I like the interplay of light and shadow on the front structure. I'm not sure whether the subject is meant to be the columns in the foreground, or the building in the background. The front building is more interesting, but since the less interesting background building is lighter, my attention keeps getting drawn to it.

A beautiful idea, and I think it probably looks really good on your monitor. On my monitor, however, it's so dark I can't see much detail.

My first impression is that this is really, really colorful. I like the framing and composition, but whether the image is successful or not depends on what you are trying to accomplish. To my eye, it looks too much like a cartoon, and would be better if the processing were toned down a little. Others may see it differently.
