Sparkling Tracesby eloiseComment: Nice idea, which has unfortunately not worked. I think that if there had been quite a bit more glass, you idea might have worked a lot better. |

a quiet drinkby timboydwhiteComment: Would like to have seen this picture in colour as it might have attracted my attention more. Normally B&W can help creative really emotive pictures, but I do not think that it has worked in this case. |

Burning Glassby loz1Comment: Nice idea, which could have been improved by getting the candles the same length, and I would have used different candle holders. The candle on the left also has too much flare and would have looked better if it had been like the middle and the right candle. But nice effect with the blue merging into purple. |

Glass Bathby sg10Comment: Interesting idea which i do not think has worked, partially due to the sink, which you really should have cleaned prior to this shot, as it tends to distract. I probably would also have left out the drain hole. |

Rose colored glassby draney4Comment: Unfortunately I do not find these glass items particularly eye catching. I think excluding the jug, might have improved the composition. Would also have tried to have kept out he wood edge bottom left. Srangley enough, what really does attract my attention are the reflections on the left, which look like legs, which might have made a better subject. |

Painted Glassby CountryGirl03Comment: I see you have kept the window vertical, however there is frame? to the left which is not - would have cropped it out as it distracts. Would also have considered another subject as there is not much else here that catches my attention. |

Inner City Emeraldsby peter_kComment: Good idea, but I would say that it has not worked. I think that you would need a lot more glass. At the very least I would have cleaned out the crack and tried to have filled it with as much of the green glass as possible to make it look like a proper vein. |

would you like it on the rocks or up(side down)?by Pep VentosaComment: Fantastic idea. I think that the inner read boarder does spoil it and should have been left out, or put just inside the black boarder. Might have paid to use some claps/rope (something) to raise the upside down glass off the table, to give it an impression of almost coming down over the top of the base. |

Mounds of Colorby decoteauComment: Nice idea, unfortunately it has been spoilt by your very shallow DOF. I think this foto would have been a lot better if they had all been in focus. Am also not sure what is on the left side of the foto, but looks as though a finger/thumb might have crept, giving the pale pink haze. Would also have suggest a one colour background, rather than the two colour one you have opted for. |

Old Glassby mattComment: I think this could have been a lovely shot, if you had done the following:
Taken the picture so that it was level. Cropped it so that there was only the barest hint of a frame from the window frame. Taken the shot when he light was different as it has washed out most of the colours (it might have been better on the inside of he house/church) |
