Lips of an Angel - Hinder by peterComment: The thumbnail looked kinda freaky (they often do) but the full size image is great. Congrats on the well deserved ribbon! |

Winter Funby ThingFishComment: What an excellent capture. It appears that you used HDR and quite effectively too. (I hate when it results in a really overprocessed look).
Great shot. |

Lake Louise Canoesby brownsmComment: Lake Louise has been shot by thousands, if not millions of tourists. Done to death as it were. This image stands out though. Btw...last report? The place is still beautiful. :) |

August Lightningby bmartinComment: Great capture. I am guessing that the strike was probably less than a mile away? Wow! |

The View from the Cloisterby SoulMan1978Comment: Great leading lines and nice detail captured in the building. Excellent exposure throughout especially in the sky. (It would have been really easy to blow out). |

I'm ready for my close-up...by SoulMan1978Comment: With all of the eagle shots in your portfolio I'd say I like this one the most. I like the catch light in the eye as well as great detail you captured. The processing you've used is simple and effective and I like the shallow DOF |

Through a Giant's Eyeby alanfreedComment: great location to shoot. In a perfect world it would be nice if you were shooting closer to sunrise or sunset.
Good exposure and great choice of aperture to get good DOF. A touch oversharpened in my opinion as I can see some minor haloing. (Not that big of a deal though). |
