 This was a sparkler, hand held while walking toward the camera, and spinning the sparkler. Post processing was inverting the colours in the image to make the negative.

It's meeting the rules and the composition is ok too, not sure about the all blue, but that can be me. I won't count it in my vote. It's a good image.

Im thinking a sparkler? Its abstract and has movement and its my favorite color of blue so its one of my top ten highest scored in this challenge.
