Thorough Burrosby BlackboxComment: Hmm..wild burros. :) In any event, I like this shot. Normally I don't like it when the subject is looking out of the frame but its okay because both are doing it. |

Mallardby rileyComment: The most appealing thing about mallards (and birds in general) is the color of their plummage. By converting this to B&W it takes away from that. This is also a bit dark (perhaps because of the conversion?). Compositionally it would be better if the duck was going into the frame rather than out of it. |

Closerby ingibComment: Nice shot. I would like the composition to be a bit stronger however. The horizon is more or less centered for starters. Move your horizon line up or down. The hill is also centered. Move it off to side a bit. |

Great Grandmother's Japanese Mapleby betsybarron31Comment: Sorry but this is too small to be judged effectively. You are allowed to submit an image up to 720 px for any dimension. You've been given a large canvas to use and you just painted in the corner. Bad analogy maybe but you get the idea. |

Beachedby akinserComment: Nice shot however I myself would prefer to see this in color. (Strange because I usually like B&W) |
