Nice image. Love the texture created by the brick work pattern. The tonal range is very narrow. If you use Photoshop, you might try the curves to blacken the upper right and brighten the clock face. I like it - good job.

I guess this is frozen time - catching the arm in motion would have been passing time - maybe a better shot. I think you culd have moved in on the subject - no need to show it all.

There is a lot of motion in the image. I would like to have seen the whole statue. I think less background clutter would have been beter for this shot. Lighting is a little flat.
