My Opinion- This shot is just PERFECT. I'm shocked it didn't win a ribbon, but it was very close and voters did recognize how good this was. Like the present winner Good Clean Fun by Connie the movement of the hair in the wind is fantastic. As photographers we have to look for elements like that and not just light, composition or color but movement can be just as important. Here you have gathered all the aspects of a great photo in one shot. Congratulations on wonderful work. |

| Nice portrait with smooth even light suitable for a young girl. The warm evening sun is beautiful on her skin. I'd like to know what emotion you were trying to convey with this. I can't read her face so that I know what she's feeling or what emotion you're trying to show me. |

| I dont really see any distinctive emotions in this shot. This is a lovely portrait, but it doesn't really belong in an emotions challenge because its going to get ripped to pieces |

| A really beautiful little girl. I like the lighting on her face and the way the wind is blowing her hair across it. The background is blurred nicely. The particular emotion that you are portraying is not clear to me, but that might be because I have no children. |
