24-Hour Workoutby GeneralEComment: *Critique Club*
From the moment I saw this photo I had to smile. The title says so much about the health craze. It is so amusing to see that sitting out on the street corner.
Your lighting here is good, the focus is also good, and you know I liked this from the beginning but now looking at it I wonder what it would have looked like if you had tried to use a shallower dof leaving the lights and buildings in the background more blurred.
To bad you didn't have Isaac with you to work out while you were taking the photo...would have made a much strong statement about night out on the town. Overall, I think this was a very humorous take on this challenge. Nicely done.

Teatro Massimo by night (the Godfather's theatre)by zirkovicComment: *Critique Club*
Very nice image the lighting here is fantastic, the focus is good and your composition here is exceptionally good. Make sure you pay attention to you center point. Although the building is centered the angle you took the photo from left you cropping the statues off a different points and makes the image appear a little less polished.
Overall it does reflect night life so it does meet the challenge.

Very Formalby basia03Comment: *Critique Corner*
It is a very pretty image the table looks so nice. But it really doesn't say a lot about a night on the town, it says a formal dinner well though.
Your focus is very good but there is a strong glare coming off the plate, and the one crystal goblet appears to blend into the tableclothe.
Your composition here is very good and there are a number of possibilities here you just need to concentrate a little more on the little minor details and you will have an outstanding photo.

Minty Fresh and Cool (When I Bite into a York Peppermint Pattie . . .)by karmatComment: Critique Club
Very orginal in this challenge. This has a wonderful feeling of the cold artic blast that comes with a York Peppermint Pattie, according to the commerical. =o)
Seriously your dof used here is very shallow and works very well for this photo. Your lighting is really good, you have very limited shadowing. There is a wonderful texture here were you can see the fibers and also the grains of sugar.
I'm guessing you broke off the missing piece of the peppermint pattie cause it is so smooth and might have made more of a statement had it been bitten off with teethmarks visable rather than broken off.
It really is a cool photo and looks really good. Well done!

Uh Oh !by kopa21Comment: *Critique Club*
What a cute photo. I know you already know about resizing and how this one was just to small.
Your focus is really good and the lighting is a little to dark, but easily fixed.
Overall I would tend to agree it leaves a few questions and I can hear the child saying uh oh myself.

I will admit this one makes me laugh. Hot tub that is covered, hand coming out for the beer. So the real question is...Where you to lazy to take the cover off? LOL
Now being serious this is a cute and very creative take on the challenge. Your focus looks really good the lighting is just fine. And the texture of the wood really adds to this who photo.
So why didn't you take the cover off?
