Great concept, quite simple and metaphorical, and I love the black hands. Nitpick: too bad you couldn't clone out that bit of white on the sleeve on the left. This should have been a challenge that allowed expert editing.

Crazy cool patterns in the beard. Ideally could use a little more light on the face, maybe the hat caused a shadow. Not sure if B&W was the optimal choice here, as tarot cards are generally colorful.

Since you asked... IMO, the amount of negative space isn't enough to entice voters. As for subject, this is the kind of photo I'd like to have of a friend, but probably doesn't have enough going for it (or happening in it) to make it generally interesting. Just my two cents.
