I like this for the Empress. May be a shoehorn, but it works. I think it should have scored higher.

this is a wonderful portrait (so was the one you entered of the same chic in the same clothing in the two color challenge) but I think the legs in the foreground are very distracting and should have been cropped out, then maybe the image could have been used as the High Priestess but nothing about this image says "Empress" to me.
