Little bit brighter, and I would dump the selective desat and go with straight b/w - but this is a really great capture. Lots of interesting expressions, super nice candid.

Not sure what you are asking about regarding the framing/white line?

I think this is a good example of what I commented on earlier. By your own words, there was one small part of this scene that interested you but you took a wide shot anyway. Hike up there and capture whatever it is about that water tower that catches your eye, and it might resonate with the viewer too.

Nice choice of tones, adds an eerie effect tothe scene. Only thing I wishwas different here was that the bulb was clipped off by the frame.
