I must say I feel very sorry for the model due to all of the controversy created by this photograph. It takes a lot of strong self esteem to be a healthy model in this day and age. I can attest that some of us cannot help that we are thin, it's not always about self image, it's about genetics. In fact, some of us would like to have a little more meat, too bad our metabolism says otherwise.

I like the creative approach you took with this image.
