Yeah, it's intimidating to get in strangers' faces with my camera lens (to me and to them, I'm sure). It's soooo much easier to snap a shot of their butts and hope for the best. In this case, you got it! Great composition with the young couple moseying down the boardwalk. I like the contrast with the older folks a little further ahead. And, yes, the processing rocks.

Day 09 - Reflections

Wonderful location for a candid setup. I've often thought of doing this with a tripod and a remote so no one would know you were taking the shot (you could sit a few feet away). This guy looks fully engaged in his thoughts. Great shot, Ken.

The stuffed animal in a child's arms certainly captures the essence of childhood, while the wonderful moody textures enhanced by the dark shadows could emphasize the vulnerability of childhood. Well seen and taken.
