Camouflagedby carofoComment: Great concept that could've been carried a bit better with added detail in the snow and feathers. Not sure I like the downward POV. A different one may have eliminated the gray shape coming out of the bird's head. |

Gos-Hawk...Relative of Peregrin-Falconby 777STANComment: Colors are a little garish, to my eyes, and the image appears overexposed but I do like what you've done with post processing to make the background fence more pleasing. I really like the way the fence's pattern compliments the pattern in the bird's feathers. Also, good capture of the fierce gaze. |

Owl Buttby TomComment: A difficult shot to nail, no doubt especially in those weather and lighting conditions. I do like the vignetting and vintage tones and think the wings make for an interesting composition but I wish the bird was facing the viewer and there was more detail and light in the underwings. |
