I tried to sneak up on this thing, but as I got closer it flew away. Dang it...
And it was pouring out, so that didn't make it any better.

Ah, too bad it wasn't flying towards us! I like the falling snow.

7 - Nice image/capture. Tones work well, like the snow/rain.

The graininess of this works for me...interesting shot

the color and composition kick ... butt. I love it. The left wing curving at the end - just perfect. Way to be committed when it's raining/snowing too! 8

I can't say that looking at anything going away will ever rate very high. But the focus was good.

This is beautiful. Everything about it is perfect, including the title! My top pick so far.

A difficult shot to nail, no doubt especially in those weather and lighting conditions. I do like the vignetting and vintage tones and think the wings make for an interesting composition but I wish the bird was facing the viewer and there was more detail and light in the underwings.

Lovely, lovely background to support a very graceful capture.

I actually love this shot, very graceful and very well captured. Not so sure the title does it much justice though

This image captures my soul. It burns itself into my mind, creating a story which only awaits the final chapters. 10
