Great job! Wonderful exposure on the face. If you used a fill flash, there is no evidence of it, other than a great looking image. The background is perfectly blurred, throwing the attention to the athlete. (10)

My advice is to present your best effort to the challenges, and then try to avoid the attempts to drag down others in an effort to somehow lift your own. Is your "knock down" approach the way of the Netherlands?.
