what happened?by zaflaboutComment: I like this, but I find the doorknob and more ornate door at odds with the barren feel that the smooth walls and stark lines give the rest. Possibly a bit tighter crop there? It's a very effective shot :) |

Edge of Desolationby jerryc12Comment: The blues are a little strong for my liking, find my eye continually being drawn back toward the sky and hill when I want to concentrate more on the foreground, but otherwise I really like the shot. It definitely conveys desolation and I like the harsh light and strong saturation of the fence and branches. |
