Dancing at Laura's Fountainby photomComment: Very pretty shot, framed nicely. I like how the colors work together and the msity feel of the fountain that adds to the atmosphere of the whole image. |

Space History Museum - Alamogordo, NMby drgsoellComment: The scale of this picture seems really bizarre to me. Are those miniature objects, or life size? If life size, you must have used a telephoto lens of some sort to make the mountain in back of them really loom above and look large? My eyes can't seem to get a handle on this picture. The building on the hill in the back certainly seems small, yet it seems larger than many of the smaller objects in the foreground. |

CiTyScApEby mariomelComment: Lovely photograph and good use of the wide-angle lens to bring out that sky and add depth. I find it disturbing to my eyes that the "vertical center" seems to not be in the actual center of the photograph, but in line with the taller middle building, making the right side of the image "lean in" more than the left. |

My bucolic villageby rhipsterComment: Oh, my! Lovely shot! There seems to be a bit of haze in the air that keeps the saturated colors of the foliage from being all it could be, but your composition is beautiful, and I love the inclusion of the foreground. |

Brackish Watersby jjbeguinComment: Gorgeous. Great foreground detail captured by your wide-angle lens, and the colors are lovely. I predict a ribbon in your future, or very close. :) |

Fribourg Switzerlandby RUEDISCHMUTZComment: Lovely village and beautiful reflections captured in the water. I held my hand over the picture to cover the foliage on the left completely, and I think perhaps the shot is stronger that way. It's that awkward time of spring right now where you have lots of beautiful color, but also bare branches on trees that aren't in bloom yet. The empty branches add a feeling of isolation to an otherwise warm and cheerful image. |

Village Shopsby OlyuziComment: Very nice composition. I like the flowers as an anchor, and then the path that leads your eye through the image. |

Heaven on Earthby arnitComment: Very creative angle, gorgeous sky and good use of a wide-angle lens. I'm bothered a bit by the shadow on the building in the lower part of the image, but I know if you cropped it, it would ruin the composition and mean cutting out part of the cross. Perhaps taking it at a slightly different time of day would have helped? Still, nicely done, nonetheless. |
