Egg and Spoonby FromacComment: Shame you didn't control the depth of field and keep the whole spoon in focus. Also probably needs an adjustment to the white balance and maybe some additional lighting to make it pop. |

medicineby sacredspiritComment: The colours on the orange appear to have solidified and lost detail. Shame because the concept is good |

Dance of the fairies! by JudiComment: Delicate, soft and beautiful. A very different take on a commonly photographed subject. Well done and congratulations. |

Shoreline by hughletherenComment: Hey Hugh, good to see you back in the challenges. We haven't seen too much of you recently.
Beautiful image, those tones are so muted and delicate. Not the usual DPC fare, but worthy red ribbon winner. Congratulations.

Eddiditfirstby p2jvrComment: Haha I know exactly where this is, and I know what your title refers to ;-)
Nice one, I think the blue sky and sun is not quite so dramatic as the original by Ed, nor as atmospheric as the misty weather we enjoyed at our get together. We must do that again sometime. All the same its a good image, nicely set up and executed.
Now is this John or Pauline I wonder? |

Peaceby paulb_17Comment: This scored high with me. Very simple, no over saturated colours. One suggestion - try using several ND filters and a long exposure to really make the water into a mirror. Good work. |

Guiding Reflectionby BeagleboyComment: Terrific composition and a beautiful image. The saturation on the rocks appears to have been overcooked a little. |
