Very nice capture. The scene looks relaxing and is pretty strong compositionally, though I might recommend cropping tighter on the sky (so that the horizon is not dead center). This would also add emphasis to the water, where there is more detail to accentuate.

Awesome reflection, looks very glassy. I like the treatment given to the exposure as well, the contrast is strong but not overpowering. Composition is good as well. Excellent.

Looks a little oversharpened (noticeable on the rocks). Without seeing the face/head of the animal, its kinda hard to have something to identify with in the shot. The subject is the animal (seal?), but the texture of the shot is the rocks, which in my mind, attract more attention (contrary to what I'd perceive your intentions to be).

If you could try this shot again using a continuous shooting mode on your camera (if available), you'd have a better chance of getting the seal right before his head goes under, creating a better shot imho.
