Hot Potby dabidejpnComment: (James 4:14 KJV) "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."
This is another great illustration I could use in PowerPoint. Would you give me your permission? |

The Heat Inside (after eating hot chilli soup)by talikfComment: Thank you for a wonderful illustration of a Bible verse! I will place this in my Favorites first. Secondly, I would like to inquire about purchase details as well as permission to use this in Power Point presentations at church.
Now,...Here is that Bible verse, James 3:6 "And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell." |

Hot Enough to Fry an Egg on the Sidewalk!by ElaineComment: Thanks for proof! I'm convinced!
The composition & concept are both Great! The colors of the pavement, however, detract from the "sale" of the concept. As I look closely I see little red specks of sandstone (possibly.) I'm trying to imagine what this photo might look like if the red channel of the pavement had increased saturation. Maybe the application of a Warming filter over-all would really "SELL" this photo.
Of course, if your "bottom line" thought was "It's so hot today that I could fry an egg on the sidewalk, even in the shade," then you "nailed it!" Congratulations! |

Hot Enoughby RebeccaComment: YES!!!! Funny!!!! I love your brand of humor! Great creativity!
Just my opinion, but the idea could be enhanced by increasing the yellow channel saturation in concrete surface supporting the egg. (This is easy enough to do, even in Photo Shop Elements.) |

Flaming Achoooooooby TechoComment: Pass It On "It only takes a spark,...to get a fire go-ing,...And soon all those around,...can warm up in its glowing. That's how it is... with God's love,...once you've experienced it. It makes me sing,...It's fresh like spring,...I want to pass it on." |
