Beaute Naturelle by lmhrComment: Beautifully done. I love the lighting, and simplicity, and overall softness of this photo. Great use of duotone. Nice use of DOF, and I like the single white line that is on the photo... but watch that, because it doesn't look quite even on both sides. Well done. -9- |

Hand Painted Fenton Glass Vaseby DougPazComment: Beautiful lighting here. This shot could have easily been ruined if the lighting hadn't been just right. Good use of the plain background, it really makes the vase stand out... A beautiful subject that was done justice in this beautiful picture. Nice job! |

Winter Sun, Awakening ..by magnetic9999Comment: Very cool.... this is a very interesting photo, and I like your lighting, and how it's just the sun that stands out. Maybe tone the yellow down just a tad, but beautifully framed and off center, just very well composed. Interesting subject that could have been construed as someone else art, but you turned it into your own! Nice job. |

Bottle glass - worn by the seaby paynekjComment: I feel that the lighting looks a little off, and the way that the glass suddenly stops at the end is bothersome. Good use with the blue background, but there is too much empty space at the top... also keep in mind the rule of thirds, as this is extremely centered, and not very interesting. Not much there to make this photo worthwhile. |

Tulips in the Sunby TerryGeeComment: Greetings from the Critique Club
Hi TerryGee,
Beautiful photo, well lit and composed... nicely done. I think this would have been better as said below with a few different photos instead of just flipping one. Also the colors aren't the same for the two. To finish up the product I might have suggested the same size border around the entire thing in red. I just find the entire thing to be rather boring, and lacking any kind of a storyline... it doesn't really say much, except that you could flip the picture. Very nice colors, there's just something lacking for the entry. I also can't say that I care for the two different sizes... it just isn't attractive to my eye though I'm a very symmetrical person. The picture in itself though is very pretty, and well done.

O Canadaby JackoComment: Greetings from the critique club
Jacko...
Simple yet effective... it works well, good job with the lighting (flash) not getting any harsh shadows or else taking those out in photoshop. Personally I don't care much for the Labatt blue, I mean... if I had tasted it ever that is 19 in America doesn't get you very far with beer. Hehehe... well it's not supposed to anyway. It fits the challenge, yet I can't say it's extremely stimulating, though judging by your comments you got more than one person to smile. :-) I like how you put the entire thing together, with the two reds on the outside and the blue on the inside, I might have chosen a slightly different font though. Might have been fun to shake the bottles, then pop the top off, set them down quickly and take the picture, just an idea, though I know that might be a waste of good beer. Hehehe... a one pixel border between the white and the red of possibly blue might have been nice to tie in the other colors in some of the bottles, also matching the outside red with the red of the bottles might have worked better. Overall a very simply composed, nice looking outcome for a triptych. Good job with that!

P.S. Drink up and enjoy, but I'd put them in the freezer first |

Fragileby stephanComment: Interesting concept... nicely done. What did you make the heart out of? I like the way they come together near the top of the heart instead of right in the middle. Good job with the lighting. |

Blue Towerby SonifoComment: I find this to be very beautiufl, very nice job with your lighting, awesome effect with the marbles and the stem inside the glass... Cool perspective, overall a very nice job, what is the white in the bottom middle though? -9- |
