Except for the fish above your arm this looks almost real - and maybe would have been easier to setup than to create from single esxposures in photoshop. Excellent lighting and perfect tint. This is a 9 and would have been a 10 if you had managed to have one or two competitors in the background

I like that you didn't try to make it a photorealistic scene like gyaban would do (most others regularly fail), but instead hid the seams with that gritty processing reminding of a cheap plastic camera. The pugs expression is perfect for this scene

I didn't vote on this one, probably would have given a 6. I like the background and composition, focus is spot on, tonal range is very good. Overall good portrait, just nothing special. I find the lighting to be quite standard-ish and uninteresting.
You might feel different, but your biased - I don't get an emotional response from this portrait, there's neither drama nor happiness conveyed; it looks like what it is - staged.
