Saw this while waiting for a St. Patrick's Day parade to start. Quirky.

And there are exactly 13 hats and instruments. Have to look closely ... that may hurt the score.

PP - straightened, cropped, converted to B&W, levels, increased contrast, slight FilterForge grunge filter around edges, resized, USM.

Hahaha..at very first glance I thought you were growing flowers in cooking pots!! Took me a few seconds to realize what I was looking at! Not sure the B&W works for this, since when I think of band parade, I think of color and flair and flamboyance!
