wawaweewa! Look at that detail near the top of the head and eye. NOw was that edited (not that i would have aproblem with that). too bad the beak isn't as sharp. very nice. good luck.

for this crop, i think you shouldn't have cut off the bottom of the slide. keeping the whole slide in the picture, well centered would have given this image a better effect.

i don't understand really why you would use shallow deapth of field here. i does't contribute to the "feeling" or "understanding" of the picture. the colours, with the red frame etc are well chosen though. good luck
