One Fish, Two Fish

One fish, two fish, in a glass,
Black fish, striped fish are smooshed, alas!
One fish swims from left to right,
Two fish swim up to the light.

A few too many blown out areas for my taste, and I'm not sure why you chose to go with the b/w treatment for this shot. I can't imagine how long it took to get the fish all facing in reasonable directions at the same time though... hope they weren't too traumatized!

The fish is unhappy, his fishbowl's askew,
But will the thing fall, or is it held up with glue?
The white glove's a sure sign of the Cat in the Hat,
But if that hand tips, the poor fish will go SPLAT!

Nicely composed... has enough of the cartoon feel to it, yet still photographic. Clearly a Seuss shot too!

It's pulled over his face, he just doesn't like that!
All you can see are his tummy and feet,
And when he gets out? Oh revenge... it's sweet!

With the brownest of eyes, and the biggest of ears,
This primate looks like he's ready for tears.
His body is covered with hair, white and grey,
And he needs a comb to help with his crazy hair day!

Personally, not a big fan of primate shots, but this one definately fits the line!

The white gloves are a symbol, of the Cat in the Hat,
But those green eggs and ham, now I'd NEVER eat that!
Theodore Geisel, he's a man with a knack,
For making up words like Ferspid and Burnack!

(Those eggs really do look disgusting... I hope nobody had the job of eating them after the shoot!)

The Lorax

You can still see the Lorax standing today.
Taking pictures of fungusy truffula trunks,
That were chopped by the Once-lers Thneed making punks!

Interesting lighting. I always pictured truffula trees as thinner with far fewer rings in them! But I can picture a full forest of these poor trees.

A strange combination of clothes for the Grinch, but your model was very patient to endure that green makeup. Hope it came off quickly!
