| 05/07/2007 08:38:55 PM | The Shape of Me...by mian3010Comment: The shape of you, you're very tall,
But closer to noon, you'd look very small.
The dirt is brown, the grass is green,
And this plot of land is very clean. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 08:37:08 PM | "I do so like green eggs and ham! Thank you! Thank you, Sam-I-am!"by hotpastaComment: I still don't like green eggs and ham,
Not even with candles and tomatos and jam.
The decorative setting, it won't trick me.
I prefer to eat toast, with a cup of tea!
Not sure about those eggs... jello? You've given everything an overly smooth look, which helps with that Seuss/cartoon feeling. Nice vibrant colors... but I still wouldn't eat those eggs! | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 08:34:09 PM | green eggz n frozen hammmmby jsc9306Comment: I will not eat them on a plate,
The issue is not open for debate.
I don't need to know the nutrition facts,
Or why the border size was set to max! | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 08:31:13 PM | One Fish, Two Fishby chesireComment: One fish, two fish, in a glass,
Black fish, striped fish are smooshed, alas!
One fish swims from left to right,
Two fish swim up to the light.
A few too many blown out areas for my taste, and I'm not sure why you chose to go with the b/w treatment for this shot. I can't imagine how long it took to get the fish all facing in reasonable directions at the same time though... hope they weren't too traumatized! | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 08:25:39 PM | You would not... WOULD NOT ! by robaComment: The fish is unhappy, his fishbowl's askew,
But will the thing fall, or is it held up with glue?
The white glove's a sure sign of the Cat in the Hat,
But if that hand tips, the poor fish will go SPLAT!
Nicely composed... has enough of the cartoon feel to it, yet still photographic. Clearly a Seuss shot too! | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 08:20:04 PM | Cat In The Hatby cheegirlComment: The cat is unhappy, he's stuck in a hat.
It's pulled over his face, he just doesn't like that!
All you can see are his tummy and feet,
And when he gets out? Oh revenge... it's sweet! | Photographer found comment helpful. |

| 05/07/2007 08:10:22 PM | Horton's Early Yearsby MarkComment: On the thirteenth of May, this Seuss shall end,
And Horton's place in the standings will be known, my friend.
The elephants walk, and together stand tall,
Reminding us "a person's a person no matter how small". | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 07:47:45 PM | I'll remember you always, Dadby molly12341Comment: The white gloves are a symbol, of the Cat in the Hat,
But those green eggs and ham, now I'd NEVER eat that!
Theodore Geisel, he's a man with a knack,
For making up words like Ferspid and Burnack!
(Those eggs really do look disgusting... I hope nobody had the job of eating them after the shoot!) | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 05/07/2007 07:44:29 PM | HA!.Ha…Ha..Ha A Cat......IN......A Hatby BrianRComment: The cat in the hat, looks very displeased,
Even moreso than if he'd had fleas!
"Get this thing off!", the poor kitty declared,
While the two little children just sat there and stared. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
