Daintyby colorcarnivalComment: strange contradictory image. I actually thought the cloth was a knife blade in the thumbnail. But even now that I know what it is the editing and the dark colors make me think anything but dainty. |

I'm having trouble with a critique because I do find the flowers to be distracting and more the main subject; but if you were to take them away the image wouldn't stand on it's own. Perhaps a more simple accessory would have done the trick. Like a sash... |

Untitled #3by wagsfxComment: creepy. I'm assuming you will get a lot of DNMCs since you are not focusing on a body part. Other than that I think it was a success in that it caught my attention and is creepy but I think more dramatic lighting would have helped a lot. |

Beauty and the Beast (Surviving Breast Cancer)by DeniseComment: While this is touching subject matter and a brave model who has posed for this I feel the photo doesn't quite hit the nail on the head... if that makes sense. There is no emotion conveyed because she is "sleeping". I think this subject would be best served as a portrait, and just that. No theme necessary. |

Dancing with Treesby pointandshootComment: nicely done! this is a really cool shot and a nice change from some of the boring hand shots. I think the lack of contrast is really gunna kill you in the DPC world. Actually I think even by typical standards the image could use a bit more. |
