Light is very harsh. Need to keep the same intensity but use a piece of white cloth in front of light source to soften it up., this way here there is not glare.

Very Good. Nice Depth. With the amount of light you had, you could of sped up the shutter for real stop action. Extra point for meeting the challenge and This is a good shot but better with faster stop action shutter.

Too dark. Work on lighting. Enough to make it bright but difuse to make it soft. Do something about the background. Have one. Otherwise good idea
