Formal Consideration:
You did very well utilizing the the technical possibilities that you did have. I am trying to figure out how you got this effect of the reflection.
Color and Tonal Balance:
This shot is a version of monochrom and the tonal range that you captured is in my oppinon perfect. It does enhance the photo very nicely. All important aspects are stressed nicely with correct tone.
Lighting, Exposure, and Contrast:
The lighting in this shot is perfect to acieve what you wanted to do. The sign itself is in my oppinion a tad bit washed out. To give the effect that you did most likely could not have been done without that amount of light. The reflection is very strong and that is what makes this photo very appealing in my oppinion. I believe in a round about way that the Light and exposure you used here enhaces the photo in a round about way. Great Job.
Composition and Camera Angle:
Other than the slight tilt of the sign, the image is framed ok. Personally I would have brought the moon closer to midline and the sign a little closer to the left edge. I think that would have been a little more eye appealing. I do however think this that the lines are very good causing the eye to start at the bottom of the page at the stem of the sign and work its way up to the sign, then the reflection and the moon. By the way your capture of the moon here is amazing.
Conclusion:
Ok. This is just a wierd sign. Makes you ask many questions. So it will keep a persons curiosity causing them to stay with the photo. I assume this is in a park somewhere. This sign is too unusual. I like this photo. Good Job.
