Did you try a angle where you are acually lower to the ground and positioned more to the left of the tie up lookin out to the water more. This would move the interest from straight down the middle of the frame to a more left to right flow. It would also remove the autos from the shot. This has some great possibilities, I wouldn't mind seeing a reshoot with some different angles. 8 -danny

If you could have opened your aperture a little more so as to blur the background shoreline some, we would be able to just focus on the great shapes and textures in these roots. As it is, the houses in the distance keep drawing my eye away from the trees. 8 -danny

I like the artistic nature of this shot. Your tones and lighting are very well done. Something seems offbalanced with the shot. May want to play with different camera angles and position of apple in relationship to the kisses. Still very well done! 8 -danny

Interesting concept. Not sure about the composition. Having the needle fall off the frame in the corner makes the shot more aggressive then it should be I thiink. Maybe a lower angle would help. 7 -danny
