Psst...Wanna Buy a Watch?by mariomelComment: I DO!
Did you try a portrait orientation for this shot? or a square crop to loose most of the right brighter part of the image. 6 -danny |

POUR MOI - French Luxury Jewels Since 1781by BBBastetComment: Nice crop and layout. The overall lighting is lacking in this shot. You may need multiple lights and a light box around the jewels. There is a how to under the Learn link of someone who photo'd a watch, and they show step by step how they set up the lighting to get the best results. 5 -danny |

Anti-Drug Backlashby EddyGComment: I'm hungry! Can you come cook me up some too? :-)
Well, you have copied that add perfectly. Eggcellent lighting. Which with your subject had to be difficult. 8 -danny |

Size doesn't matter!by amazoneeaComment: Unique capture. In Texas we'd never see this. Not sure I feel this fits propaganda as much as it does a unique capture in your front yard. 5 -danny |

Resistance is Futileby vonautschComment: When shooting, you need to always try to work within the camera's limits. It appears you may have been a little too close to the cat for the macro function. Your focus is soft and the sharpness of the hair is lost as a result. 5 -danny |

Why start smoking when you can take the easy way out!by DufusComment: Can't really rate this one on techincal aspect, as I don't believe that's what you were going for. Your overall presentation and composition is good. The fact that the person is looking up the stairs adds to the pensive mood. I'm not sure I agree with your subject matter, but as far as story telling goes, you've done well. 8 -danny |

Stay in the lightby weird_boy15Comment: For this type of shot to work, you need a straight on perspective. When the camera is off to the left like it is, your figurine will appear to slant to one side. If you're wanting the back to be totally black, work on minimizing the wrinkles in it. That will help keep it from bouncing light off at weird angles. 5 -danny |
