nice concept, execution could have been better IMO!! lines for "walls" could have been aligned better - and to me to make it better, black glass candleholder should have been used for the white candlestick, overall I do like it though

Lovely capture, and nothing odd about it, unless you think of paradox (pair of ducks!) only critique is my opinion of the crop, would have taken a bit more off the top, but I tend to like close croppings

Nicely captured, right front claw appears to have a blue "aura" about it, and is slightly oof, understand how difficult to get everything in focus, but still there to my eyes anyway

well done, love the interplay between two of natures best hunters, the spider does not stand much of a chance if the encounter went on to conflict, but love the photo - to me if you lose any points, maybe the fact that the photo APPEARS to be upside down (know it is not), should not, but that may be a terrible reason to deduct points ( have seen others that actually turned theirs 180 degrees), just a thought

well done, great macro shot, I know I am in the minority, but for me would have done better with an actual natural (but very subued) background, the solid black works with this - no doubt, I just prefer a more natural background for nature shots!
