I like the portrait- puts the person in their environment with what is important to them. I think that was a weakness to many of the shots in the challenge. Well done!

The natural light in this shot is beautiful, but the topic, as has probably been point out many times by now, is portrait and I am having troubles finding the subject of your portrait. In a lighting challenge, you could get an eight. Unfortunately I have to score it lower in this one.

Great shot- could be better without the frame in my opinion. Some vingetting would be fine- put more emphasis on the boy, but the edge here is too sharp which makes it distracting. Still a seven.
